April 26 – 28, 2018
1. RULES:
1.1. The Organizing Authority is the US Windsurfing Association.
1.2. The event will be governed by the rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing
Windsurfing Competition Rules (RSS-WCR).
1.3. The Rules of the participating classes as amended by the Sailing Instructions.
1.4. No national prescriptions will apply.
1.5. If there is a conflict between the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions, the Sailing
Instructions will take precedence.
2. ADVERTISING:
Boards may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the Organizing
Authority.
3. CLASSES AND DIVISIONS
3.1. The participating Classes shall be:
3.1.1. Techno 293 Green Fleet –Boys & Girls with 1 year or less of racing experience
May utilize any sail under 5.8 meters.
3.1.2. Techno 293 – Youth Boys & Girls
3.1.3. Techno 293 Plus – Youth Boys & Girls under 19 years of age on April 30
th, 2019
3.1.4. Open Foil
3.1.5. Formula
3.2. Age Divisions for Techno 293:
3.2.1. Techno 293 (U13) shall be under 13 years of age on April 30
th
, 2019
3.2.2. Techno 293 (U15) shall be under 15 years of age on April 30
th, 2019
3.2.3. Techno 293 (U17) shall be under17 years of age on April 30
th, 2019
3.3. A minimum of 3 competitors is required to constitute a Class.
